Handcrafted Beachfront Cabanas at Camaroncito
Check out our four private, beachfront, and VERY thoughtfully appointed cabanas at the all-inclusive, eco-friendly Camaroncito EcoResort & Beach on Panama's Caribbean coast! Airport to hammock in under four hours!
All cabanas in our Panama beach resort are hand-crafted are sustainably built with local wood and enjoys stunning ocean views while staying cool nestled in dappled rainforest shade. Each has:
- A private balcony overlooking our private beach with camp chairs, a small table and a hammock
- Natural cooling with solar powered ceiling fan and lights, and large screened windows to let in the ocean breeze for the ultimate relaxation.
- Ensuite bathroom with hot water shower open to the natural beauty of the rainforest, a flush toilet, sanitary sprayer, mirrored storage vanity, sink, cotton-terry bath towels and full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Water boiler, coffee/tea service, stainless thermal tumblers and unlimited filtered and sterilized drinking water
- Turkish beach towels, umbrellas, rechargeable headlamps, natural oil insect repellent, and a charging block for US plugs
- Cleaning, linen change, and guest laundry (yes, laundry is included!) is done every three to four days, depending on your total stay length. Daily cleaning or no cleaning are available on request. Feel confident to pack light!
In addition to the rental price for each cabana at our boutique hotel, each guest will enjoy delicious "farm to table" full board and open bar for $80 per night per adult, and $50 per night for each child.

- The owners, Sarah and Ernesto, live onsite and offer impeccable service 24/7. All of our staff are from the local fishing village and have been with us for a minimum of three years to ensure confidence for a relaxing getaway.
Beachfront Double - Queen
Our two double beachfront cabanas are perfect for a single or couple. Each is designed to enhance the feeling of being immersed in nature, yet with eco-lux creature comforts:
The queen bed has a quality mattress, high count cotton linens, extra pillows, and a light blanket to ward off an evening chill. Most guests say they have never slept so soundly.
Beachfront Triple/Quad - Queen and Twin Bunks
Our triple beachfront cabana has a queen bed and a twin bed, and is perfect for friends traveling together who prefer to not share a bed.
Our quad beachfront cabana has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, so is suitable for a family, or a small group who like togetherness.
All beds have a quality mattress and linens, extra pillows, and a light blanket to ward off an evening chill.
Our Reservation Process
1) Click the "Check Rates and Availability" button in the upper right of any page to book your reservation.
2) Start by selecting an arrival and departure date, and any package or promotion code you have.
..... NOTE: Ensure you have met or exceeded the minimum night stay for whatever package you want, or a minimum of three nights for a standard cabana.
3) Select the size cabana you want (double, triple, quad), and the number of guests.
4) Your reservation summary will calculate the total cost including full board, open bar, and boat transport for your reservation.
5) Click the "Book Now" button. A page will open with options to add: airport pickup, ground or helicopter transport, nights before and/or after your stay at Camaroncito in a boutique historic hotel in Panama City, and activities like the waterfall tour, massage, horseback riding and live music shows. A new total will be calculated including government tax.
6) Pay the 50% deposit using any major credit card. We will send you a confirmation email with detailed advice on how to plan for your trip, what to pack, helpful hints, etc.
7) Two weeks before your arrival date, you will receive a reminder email with additional last minute planning tips, including how to navigate immigration at the airport, where to meet your driver (and their contact details), and information for additional travel arrangements we have made for you if applicable. At that point we will charge the credit card on file for the remainder of your invoice balance.
