Camaroncito Eco Resort, S.A. is our legal business entity, with tax identification number RUC 155703172-2-2021 DV 70, and business license number 155703172-2-2021-2022-574296454.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- A 50% deposit, payable using a credit card through our booking engine, is required to reserve dates.
- All prices quoted to guests are all inclusive of government fees and taxes and all services listed in the package. No surprises.
- Our cabana prices are inclusive of full board and open bar for the first guest, with added adults in the same cabin at $80 per might, and children 6-15 at $50 per night. Our facilities are NOT appropriate for younger children.
- Our check-in and check-out times are flexible per guest needs, but neither the ocean or river transfers can be done after dark. Guests with flights arriving after 11:00, or departing before 15:00 will need to stay in Panama City for the arrival and/or departure nights. Guests may make their own arrangements, or we can include those arrangements in a package price.
- Our all-inclusive packages assume three meals per day, and a specific count of included special services. No refunds are given for meals or services not consumed by guests due to guest arranged transport issues or a change of plans. If a change is necessitated by weather or a Camaroncito controlled issue, a partial refund or alternative option will be provided.
- Round trip boat transport is mandatory for all guests, unless helicopter transport will be used. Both ocean and river options are available. Guests will need to climb into and get out of a boat from the beach, including wading in knee to waist high water. We have STRONG workers to help with that process and to load luggage, but guests with limited mobility may find that overly strenuous.
- Like most small, family run businesses in Panama, we do not carry "business liability" insurance. Please secure your own private travel insurance with a medical rider. A variety of options can be found here:
https://money.com/best-travel-insurance. World class medical care is available in Panama City.
- Payment of the deposit for a vacation at Camaroncito EcoResort & Beach will be your acknowledgement that travel has inherent risks, hazards, and dangers for anyone. These cannot be eliminated, particularly in a jungle and beachfront environment. These include, without limitation: encounters with wildlife, insects, and inclement weather conditions that can result in injury or death to any participant. You agree to assume and accept full responsibility for the inherent risks both identified and unidentified herein.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We provide highly personalized, all-inclusive service, thus we prepare for each guest well in advance. As a result, our cancellation policies are a bit different than those of a chain hotel.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@camaroncito.net
- For cancellations due to personal reasons, payments already made will be applied forward up to a year towards a future stay, according to the following timing: > 30 days notice at 100%; 7 - 29 days notice at 90%; < 7 days notice at 80%.
- For cancellations due to catastrophic weather, pandemic, or political events preventing guests from arrival to Panama the following refund policies may be chosen instead of the credit: > 14 days notice at 90%; 7 - 13 days notice at 80%; < 7 days notice at 70%.
